Office Coordinator

My husband, Russell, and I married in 1999 and moved to Flower Mound in the hot Summer of 2000. We did not have a church home prior moving to Flower Mound but knew we wanted to get connected and raise our future children with a Christian foundation. The search began and we were immediately drawn to Flower Mound United Methodist. We enjoyed the smaller size and the welcoming nature of people we met upon visiting (for a couple of years). We welcomed our first child, Katie, to our family in 2001. She and our second child, Nathan, both attended Sonshine Kids Preschool here and FMUMC became a second home to them both.

I held several volunteer positions over the years at FMUMC and following a career in the IT field and being a stay-at-home mom, I took the leap to return to the workforce and landed here in September of 2019 as the Office Coordinator. It is a joy to be able to work alongside our wonderful staff and congregants!

When I'm not working, I spend time with friends and family, enjoy trips to the mountains, working out and reading about health & nutrition.
