At Flower Mound UMC, lay leadership is an expression of our Methodist conviction that every baptized follower of Jesus is called to lead and serve. Lay leaders represent and uphold the life of the congregation, partnering with pastors to nurture discipleship, strengthen community, and guide mission both here and in the world. In the United Methodist tradition, lay leadership reflects our shared commitment to live out God’s love with authenticity, courage, and connection — in worship, in service, and in everyday life.
